We have chosen SF Express (cash on delivery) as our preferred courier, as it is popular and trusted among consumers. All shipping fees are to be paid by the customer. For items purchased through our platform, we will always use this delivery method unless the customer selects in-store pickup. As long as the customer enters the correct delivery address (including the option for SF Express lockers*) in the "Delivery Address," items will be sent according to the provided address. If there are any errors or omissions in the address resulting in loss or other issues, our company will not be held responsible. In addition, if the third-party courier experiences any delays, loss, or damage, the customer assumes all risks. Therefore, before choosing the "SF Express Cash on Delivery" service, customers must understand and agree to the above terms.
Return & Exchange Policy
Details for returns and exchanges at "Ocean Online Store" are as follows:
Returns: In general, once the order is confirmed, all items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If there are special circumstances with the items, our company will arrange for a return, and we will cover the shipping costs for such returns. However, our company reserves the final decision on whether a return is accepted.
Exchanges: If the items sent by our company do not match the order, we will arrange for an exchange. Customers must first contact our customer service center to request an exchange. Once confirmed, simply send the items back to us via SF Express (cash on delivery). After we receive the returned items, we will send out the replacement within two working days. We do not accept exchange requests for any other reasons.
